Paul took a lot of time just talking to us (myself and my wife) so that he'd have a full understanding of what we were trying to accomplish and what constraints we had in terms of time/schedule etc. He also took a look at what equipment we already had and asked a lot of questions to understand where we are in terms of our work-out history. He then got back to us the very next day with customized workout plans for both of us. The plans are both achievable AND demanding at the same time. We would comfortably recommend Paul to anyone interested in an in-home exercise program.

Very knowledgeable and patient. Paul is working with both myself and my daughter. Despite each of us having different needs and capabilities, he adjusts the workouts appropriately.

I contracted with Paul to plan exercises to strengthen my muscles prior to knee replacement surgery. He assessed my level of strength and planned exercises that met my needs. I initially told him that I would stop doing anything that made my pain worse. He was aware and responded quickly. I'm stronger and more confident after only 3 sessions. I highly recommend Paul.
