- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
3% for a well leased, good cash property. However I can custom fees to meet specifics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the customer at the site. Walk the site and surrounding market if applicable. Listen to the customer's issues and goals. Draft a strategy to address issues. Meet with customer to discuss.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Management of several billion dollars of real estate throughout NY and the United States. I have managed, leased, bought and sold millions of square feet of real estate. In addition to education, I am a Broker. Receiver and Adjunct Professor.
