I tried out a free workout, and it was a good 30 min. circuit training workout. Nothing I had done before, so I signed up to start next Month for 2 days a week. I am looking forward to do something new, and to burn more calories to lose weight.

I spoke to Ashley on a Tuesday, she was able to meet with me on that Thursday and had me training the following week! I like training with Ashley because she's incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She's does not limit her service to just exercise either; Ashley was able to guide me with my eating habits and tweak them where I needed it most. She also offers writing out an exercise regimen on days away from Tailored Fitness if you're lost in the gym. I started training with Ashley for police agility tests. I can already see improvements, i.e. I could barely do push ups when I started in December, now I can! And I enjoy the semi-private option. It's cost effective and fun! Everyone you meet is super friendly.
In my first consultation with Coach Alessi he told me he would change my life. In a little over a month he has done just that. I lost 4 inches on my waist and dropped my BMI 4 points as well as changed my attitude toward physical training. Coach is nutritionist and a physical therapist in addition to being a trainer. He always challenges emphasizing safety and I leave my private sessions with a feeling of well being and accomplishment. I would highly recommend Coach Alessi to anyone at any age. For years I had entertained the idea of having a personal trainer and when my friend highly recommended Bob Alessi, I made an appointment to talk to him. His easy manner, thorough explanation of his procedure, and professional demeanor were very impressive and very convincing -- and I can add that all the points made in this initial meeting have carried through in each session I have had with him these eight or nine years. Bob cares -- is always asking during the workout how one is feeling, always explaining the correct form in carrying-out the exercise and carefully correcting what is physically necessary for the exercise to be most effective. Bob is a superb trainer and working with him will greatly improve your physical fitness.
Great one on one training sessions. Definitely feel my strength and endurance has improved and there is a high priority placed on correct form which I have an appreciation for as an AD military physician.
