Introduction: I have a national personal training certification, along with being certified in kettlebells and stretching. I was the lead master trainer for a New York sports club on Long Island for 5 consecutive years and have been working out my whole life -- working out is my whole life.
I am very well experienced with all types of injuries and age ranges, and I am compatible with all types of personalities. I always said personal training is more about the personal aspect more than the training. You have to enjoy working out and want to keep doing it again and again in order for it to be effective and efficient. I am up for meeting with you at your gym, your house, or in any park that is good for you on a nice day for more of a boot-camp workout, or perhaps a calmer workout under the sun in fresh air. I believe the greatest aspect of working with me is that I train right with you, rep for rep. Seeing is believing. If I can do it, then you can build up to it too!
