Used Brian's services for 3 parties now and all have been incredible. He's so easy to work with and the food is amazing. People couldn't stop talking about it for days. When I challenged him to do something out of the box he came back with ideas that blew us all away. I have no reason to use anyone else to cater my parties both for large functions and for kids birthday parties too. Beware, you won't get bland standard food - it's all extraordinary from Brian.

Brian and Rockland Roots catered a large-scale event for our school of around 1,000 people. We had only a couple menu items available, but they were both very high quality and they judged quantities right so did no run out of food. Very nice people, professional at all times, and overall a great job!
