We had a small wedding celebration catered by DeCicco and Sons and it was a great experience from beginning to end. From the first text I received with a quote it was clear that they are incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. On top of the great customer service the food was very delicious and everyone raved about the taste and how well they accommodated for dietary restrictions. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and am so happy we found them through thumbtack.

We hired 2 bartenders to serve drinks (beer, wine & 2 specialty cocktails) for a corporate happy hour. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. And the drinks were great! Staff was also very helpful with planning the event at the last minute. We would definitely hire them again!

Peter was super professional, super nice and very easy to communicate with. From the early stages where we worked on the menu - Peter was very supportive and open minded to all my demands (10 people, lots of food allergies to handle) and through the whole event - he showed on time with all the equipment and left the kitchen tidy and cleaner then he received it ;) Thruogh the event Peter was amazing, he served and explained about all the dishes (which were AMAZING) and paid attention to all the small details such as the visibility and serving. It was HUGE success and my guests kept talking about it 2 days after the event. I would definitely use he's services again

I have used celestial touch for several events. In fact they are always my first choice ensuring that I have reliable, punctual, curtious, excellent service. The variety of foods available are plentiful, and the taste and presentation "a perfect 10". Yes even the servers get a "10". I call it service with no worries. I highly recommend this caterer wheather the event is for 10, 100, or a thousand or more. By the way, they even stick around for the clean up 🙂

Without Brittney our wedding would not have happened! Her help as our Day Of Coordinator ensured that every detail of the wedding was handled efficiently and perfectly. Knowing that Brittney was making sure that every vendor knew where to go and how to set our things up made it so much easier for us to focus on getting ready and enjoying our day. Once the wedding was under way she continued to keep everything and everyone running smoothly and made sure that every planned event went off without a hitch. Even though she wasn't acting as our wedding planner, she was always available to help answer any of our questions and offer her advice while we solidified our arrangements in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Her fun and positive attitude was so helpful in keeping us sane as well! I can't overstate enough how integral Brittney was to making our wedding as perfect as it was!

Agnes is the best. She is very hardworking, humble , passionate about the work she does and full of innovative ideas when it comes to event decor. Me and my wife were looking for decorator for long time for her baby shower event. We were looking for someone who treat the event like if it was their own.We probably met 10 different event decorators before we met Agnes . Almost all of the decorator we met before Agnes had no new ideas and very expensive respect to what our ask was. They would all show us the booklet and ask us to choose any one of the theme which is what we hated the most. Event like baby shower comes only once in life and we wanted to make it memorable for our lifetime and it had to be unique. Agnes on the other hand is completely different with great positive energy. She listened to us on our first meeting and she virtually showed us on how she can make our dreams in to reality. She was full of unique and beautiful ideas. we decided to let her handle our event decor right on first meeting. She just didn't stop there. She came up with more unique ideas along the way and even surprised us with more on the day of baby shower. All most all of the guest that we had complemented about the decor. I personally cared more that she put a big smile of the face of my wife. Me and My wife were very happy with her work and wouldn't hesitate to trust her for any of our other event.

I honestly can't say enough great things about Mariage Blanc Designs Event Planning. With only so little time to plan my shower, Stephanie did such an amazing job. I knew an event planner was a necessity. I met with others but I couldn't afford them with my budget. Mariage Blanc Designs was the last Planner I called and I didn't even feel the need to search for more after speaking with Stephanie. All of my worries were put at ease, from that very first call. Stephanie had incredible communication skills and a way of making me feel like I was included in planning my shower like I wanted to be. She took all my ideas into consideration and made my dream/vision come true. We didnt have to worry about anything, from researching vendors to linen ideas, Stephanie handled it all. As well, listening skills, coupled with her creative eye and attention to detail, helped with turning my visions and dream baby shower into reality. My boyfriend was not so happy about hiring an event planner for our baby shower and as soon as he stepped into the location his mind completely changed and he couldn't stop talking about how beautiful everything looked. All my guests complimented me about how amazing everything look. Steph and her staff came in and turned the place into a jungle theme shower of my dreams, Literally! Ani was pleasant, direct, had a wonderful eye and truly knew what we wanted and worked hard to make our wedding day perfect. Gayle assisted me with my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. I needed her at the event site to set-up the decorations and oversee the vendors, including the caterer. She also coordinated a brunch for me at my home the next day. She supervised the caterer and the set-up for me that day so I could relax and enjoy my guests. She is reliable, creative, and a wonderful addition to my party needs! What Went Well: Gayle was extremely organized and professional. The B'nai Mitzvah set-up had a tight time schedule and she had everything ready on time. She was very responsive and everything went very smoothly. What does a wedding event coordinator do?

Pulling off a large, complex wedding or an elegant, small affair requires juggling myriad details, including the officiant, food, drink, wedding cake, entertainment, transportation, rehearsal dinner, photography, equipment rentals, venue reservations and more. A wedding event coordinator can help you keep track of these details, overseeing the planning process and managing everything on the day of your wedding. Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more. How much do day-of wedding coordinators cost?

A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. Another option is to hire a coordinator to manage the last-minute details leading up to the event; for example, 25 hours of month-of coordination costs an average of $1,200. Several factors affect the cost of day-of coordination, including the region, the planner’s experience, and the specifics of the wedding. If the ceremony and reception are in two different locations, expect to pay more than if they’re in the same place. What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

  • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
  • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
  • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Make sure your wedding coordinator provides the type of services that will most help you create the event you have in mind, such as selecting vendors and handling their contracts, or managing the guest list and invitations.
  • What are your ideas for fulfilling our wedding vision? After you describe your dream wedding — rustic or sophisticated, traditional or funky — the wedding coordinator should be able to suggest appropriate venues, menus, decorations, etc..
