CNY bed bug Extermination was very quick to respond to me, very thoroughly answering my questions and did a very good job. Eric hands down is the most knowledgeable exterminator I spoke to about this issue, and is truly a industry leader.

Eric returned my call first thing in the morning, completely calmed me down about the bugs and made himself available the day of. I have dealt with this issue in the past and the pest services made me pack my entire home and had to come back 2+ times to get rid of them. He not only came a few hours after the phone call but he was extremely helpful by sending photos and text updates of the status and made this process much easier. Being that he specializes in only bed bugs I trust that I will never see another again. It has been 5 days and I have not seen a thing. I am fully confident knowing the job is done and I can sleep at night. Thank you!!

I had major problems with another extermination company and was actually referred to CNY Bed Bed Extermination by the NYS Bed Bug Association after I had filed a complaint with the NYS Attorney General's office about the 1st company. Eric was very professional and actually took care of the problem in one visit. I would have saved literally thousands and months of stress if I had called them first.
