Bob was over the top wonderful! He took the time to take care of every detail, he pronounced ever name perfectly, which was quite impressive! He communicated so well with everyone involved, each person giving a speech, the photographer, the owner of the venue and us! There wasn't one glitch, the music was seamless and just what we wanted for the evening. Bob, got everyone dancing and involved in the games and fun. The events we had planned were perfectly spaced throughout the evening, so we could talk to our friends and family. He dealt with the crowd and played requests. My brother surprised his girlfriend and proposed to her at our reception, he had a special song picked and we planned everything out with Bob, everything went perfectly! They are considering using him for their wedding because he did such a fantastic job. Many of our guests called and sent messages to us saying it was one of the best weddings they'd been to. I know Bob was a HUGE part of that and I cannot recommend him enough! He was pleasant and kept reminding me that everyone deserves a wonderful wedding day and he made it so! I cannot forget to say how wonderful the lighting was both on the dance floor and in the banquet room. Bob goes above and beyond to make the day wonderful because this is what he loves to do and you can tell! All of his equipment is top of the line and he has so many great suggestions. If you want your day to be perfect and wonderful, use Bob for sure!!!

I cannot say enough good things about DJ Bob!! First - the price is amazing for the amount of work, effort and time he spent making our day perfect. He worked with the photographer and the restaurant so it was stress free for us! Second - the music was phenomenal! He was able to get to know us both and make sure we both got to hear a good variety of the music we enjoy (I'm from a bluegrass background, my husband is all country). Weeks later we still had people contacting us telling us what an amazing time they had and how great the playlist was at our wedding. For someone who loves music as much as I do, I couldn't have been happier to hear how impressed everyone was with our music!! If you want an unforgettable wedding, with people still talking about how great it was weeks later, at such a great price - DJ Bob is your guy!

From our first meet with Bob I knew instantly that he was going to be a great DJ. Always well organized, responsive and very flexible with any of our needs and wants. I even made a song change the day of the wedding and he had no problem doing that for us. The dance floor was packed all night at the reception. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Bob being our DJ.

We had the pleasure of having Bob Powell for a D.J. For my daughters wedding . Bob did a fantastic job he met with us several times before the wedding paying attention to every detail . I felt so relaxed knowing that he took a real deep interest in making sure everything went as planned The Music was the best, he played songs that moved everybody in the room .The lighting he brought with him gave the venue an unbelievable ambiance. It all begins with a simple phone call or text!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for music! I was in the band, chorus and jazz ensemble in my high school and college. After college I sang in bands and in the 90's decided to start a business offering DJ and Karaoke services. I have continued to thrive and evolve as times change and truly love what I do.
