I worked with him for 3 months 3 sessions a week, and it was great.he really comes up with great exercises that are effective and safe. He pushes you as he thrives to gave you what you pay for. His knowlwdge of the and how it works is crazy having a degree in biology sure dows help. He gaved me some nutritional guide that I used and the results r fanstatic!!!!!!!!! He's def not a $50 an hour yrainer , his knowledge is beyond what hw charges but he loves it and basically discounts his price for anyone that works with him, ps I'm not selling for him lol but he's great. Oh one of his greatest strengths is that he's a respectable and decent guy when training a female. I'm married so I can say this. Naomi.

I worked with Romeo at my apt gym in the city for 6 months. My goals were to gain lean Muscle and size. This guy is no joke, he did an assessment and created a program for us after a few days and then we went at it HARD the gains kept coming. Every session he would finish by saying " if you build it they will come" he says I have done my part now you do yours be feeding your muscles. It wasn't easy, but he kept encouraging and motivating me to keep pushing and that kept me from hitting plateaus . He was doing alot of traveling to get to me but he made it everyday and on time since he trains out on long island . He is the kind of trainer that educates as he trains, but actually working with him is and was a great experience. He showed me my options where nutrition is concerned even recommended I meet with a dietitian but I said show me what you got and he has tricks with tricking the body I think its called . All in all this guy is great knows his stuff want to lose fat get stronger or gain muscles Romeo's your guy.

Romeo is a GREAT Personal Trainer and is definitely very knowledgeable Trainer. I told him what my work out preferences were when he first assessed me and he always manages to set up an interesting work out to match up with my preferences. I initially started with a personal trainer to take advantage of the great deal JCC offered but I quickly discovered what a great trainer Romeo was and I am so happy with the results as well as the interesting work out routines that Romeo always sets up for me that I am not willing to give up training with him. He has been very flexible in accommodating my often hectic schedule which has made it easier for me to continue working out with him. I can’t say enough good things about it. He has exceeded my expectations and has definitely gone above and beyond to make my work out experience at JCC a fun one with great results. If it weren’t for him, I don’t think I would be working out as much. I hope JCC has a recognition program as Romeo is definitely a stellar individuals that deserves a special THANK YOU!!!!

I worked out with Romeo for a short while and had great response I lost 38 lbs. Romeo works you with different types of workouts beast mode is my favorite.

Romeo is a very patient and knowledgeable trainer. He designed for me a program that would meet my specific needs. His workouts were intense but feasible.I saw an increase in strength along with a more muscular body over a short period of time (A few weeks). One of the things I really admired about Romeo was his encouragement and the motivation he gave, he really does believe that you can accomplish the goal you set.
