Repair on HP Pagewide PRO MFP 477dw Paper Jam Neil is an EXCEPTIONAL professional. He arrived right on time and from the “get go” it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He asked the right questions and was able to pinpoint the problem. But his decision - that the printer couldn’t be repaired - didn’t come quickly. He kept trying other options to make sure he covered all bases. In addition, he was personable and I felt I could trust him completely. That is important for me as a female living alone. and lastly, he liked my active golden retriever (not usually a part of a review but made a difference for me). When I asked him suggestions on a new printer - inkjet vs laser jet - he spent time explaining the difference and even used my computer to compare models. What’s not to like? So... anyone needing printer repair, don’t hesitate to contact Neil Petillo. You will be happy you did!

Add in punctuality. Don't know about value, since I haven't received a bill yet! My whole system needs a lot of work and more visits - which I knew before I hired Synchronized Systems. But I was impressed with his knowledge and the way he kept going to solve the problems instead of just citing program incompatability.

The gentleman at Synchronized Systems Inc. provided a professional, yet comfortable, environment to discuss and diagnose the problem with my desktop PC, which I had previously been unable to do on my own. He was able to provide a succinct diagnostic which allowed me to take the proper measures to fix my hardware. I could not have asked for a better experience in tech support.
