Chef Melissa and her team provided private chef services for lunch for 15 of my private clients across a two-day retreat event in New York City. Even though it was solely lunch, it was three courses which she started with a custom beverage. She provided glasses, flatware and dinnerware. She also provided a printed menu for each person for each day's menu. A full on experience. My clients LOVED her presence. I would like to also mention, two days before the event, the venue I booked had a fire and we had to move at the last minute. Chef Melissa took it all in stride, changed the menu slightly and kept right on going - a testimony to her professionalism and experience. If you want a positive experience, pay for the best.

We hired 2 bartenders to serve drinks (beer, wine & 2 specialty cocktails) for a corporate happy hour. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. And the drinks were great! Staff was also very helpful with planning the event at the last minute. We would definitely hire them again!

Peter was super professional, super nice and very easy to communicate with. From the early stages where we worked on the menu - Peter was very supportive and open minded to all my demands (10 people, lots of food allergies to handle) and through the whole event - he showed on time with all the equipment and left the kitchen tidy and cleaner then he received it ;) Thruogh the event Peter was amazing, he served and explained about all the dishes (which were AMAZING) and paid attention to all the small details such as the visibility and serving. It was HUGE success and my guests kept talking about it 2 days after the event. I would definitely use he's services again

Bella Couture helped plan my wedding and provided alot of creative ideas to make the day special. They are very well organized and dealt with all my vendors. I don’t usually dole out 5 star ratings but it is well deserved here! Eleni was a monumental part of planning my son’s first birthday party. It was a football themed party for approximately 100 people. Despite some challenges with vendors, Eleni out did herself with planning and decorating the space, in addition to making and setting up the items for the dessert table! Everyone loved it and I received so many compliments! Eleni was a pleasure to work with, she was super responsive and always kept in touch with updates (no matter what time of the day or night) I am especially grateful to have had her by my side throughout the event to give me gentle reminders to keep us on schedule with my specific timeline! Without Brittney our wedding would not have happened! Her help as our Day Of Coordinator ensured that every detail of the wedding was handled efficiently and perfectly. Knowing that Brittney was making sure that every vendor knew where to go and how to set our things up made it so much easier for us to focus on getting ready and enjoying our day. Once the wedding was under way she continued to keep everything and everyone running smoothly and made sure that every planned event went off without a hitch. Even though she wasn't acting as our wedding planner, she was always available to help answer any of our questions and offer her advice while we solidified our arrangements in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Her fun and positive attitude was so helpful in keeping us sane as well! I can't overstate enough how integral Brittney was to making our wedding as perfect as it was!

I honestly can't say enough great things about Mariage Blanc Designs Event Planning. With only so little time to plan my shower, Stephanie did such an amazing job. I knew an event planner was a necessity. I met with others but I couldn't afford them with my budget. Mariage Blanc Designs was the last Planner I called and I didn't even feel the need to search for more after speaking with Stephanie. All of my worries were put at ease, from that very first call. Stephanie had incredible communication skills and a way of making me feel like I was included in planning my shower like I wanted to be. She took all my ideas into consideration and made my dream/vision come true. We didnt have to worry about anything, from researching vendors to linen ideas, Stephanie handled it all. As well, listening skills, coupled with her creative eye and attention to detail, helped with turning my visions and dream baby shower into reality. My boyfriend was not so happy about hiring an event planner for our baby shower and as soon as he stepped into the location his mind completely changed and he couldn't stop talking about how beautiful everything looked. All my guests complimented me about how amazing everything look. Steph and her staff came in and turned the place into a jungle theme shower of my dreams, Literally! The luckiest part to have a good wedding is to find the right wedding planner. Ani is the one that you cannot miss. A good friend can try to assist you for the day and the plan, but sometimes more help or ideas you get and the busier you get because most people do not know about a wedding. Ani is the one who will turn to be your best friend and think in your shoes, at the same time, she knows what she’s doing and making everything goes as smooth as you can imagine. Ani is smart, sharp, calm, warm-hearted, and sweet. She gives you the peaceful mind that nothing will go wrong because she’s around to help you all she can. She gets things done and is always on top of her game. She’s punctuate and professional. She’s also creative to make your wedding unique and special. She’s flexible for anything you ask for the wedding. So many things could go out of expectations. And there you have Ani who comes the earliest and leaves the latest. She’s willing to listen and cover all the holes. She’s a great communicator. No matter the priest, or a huge wedding party or vendors, girls or kids, everyone loves Ani. She’s very patient. You just love her and thank God she’s there for you. She cheers for you and feels every moment of your big day. If you picture your wedding like all the movies full of romance and fairy tales, then you must have a wedding planner, you must have Ani. Because the real wedding is like a war, you have many things to do but you cannot do on your own, you don’t get enough sleep, you cannot have enough time talk to everyone you want to, there is so much crisis you have to deal with, you plan so well but everything still goes wrong. People could easier get frustrated and even a nervous breakdown for the mixed emotions of the wedding day, happiness, sadness, or you are touched, or you miss the people who cannot be there to share. The wedding day is hard, as beautiful as it could be, but I learned the lesson from my engagement party that I will have a wedding planner for my party. A year and half of preparation for this big day, it has to be perfect. Then, I have Ani and I am so thrilled I found her, she contributed so much to my perfect day. I walked into the reception and everything was exactly I wanted. She just knows, without too much explanation, without the back and forth. If you want to have regrets and more enjoyment for the biggest day of your life, then contact Ani. Her value is priceless.

Andrea M. Events surpassed my expectations for my baby shower this year. When I initially met with Andrea, I was very indecisive about what I wanted for my party. She turned the limited ideas I had into a blissful grand baby shower. On the day of the event, Andrea and her team was prompt for the set-up. The decor was phenomenal; it all matched perfectly for what I ultimately envisioned after our meeting. What I most enjoyed was the sweet station. You could tell that Andrea took time to find the best candies, jars and desserts to make a picture perfect set up. I would definitely use her company again for another event.

A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. Another option is to hire a coordinator to manage the last-minute details leading up to the event; for example, 25 hours of month-of coordination costs an average of $1,200. What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

  • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
  • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
  • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more. Most wedding coordinators also handle:

  • Distributing the wedding day timeline to all of your vendors.
  • Coordinating all of your vendors, including the photographer, florist and baker.
