Jeremy is an excellent teacher. My daughter has benefited in more ways than I can count because of Jeremy. She has become more organized and is learning an advanced curriculum in both math and writing. He is a dedicated teacher and always makes sure my child's learning comes first. Now, instead of arguing with her to study for exams, she does so without hesitation. He gives me a summary of every lesson and explains what my daughter has been learning and what she can improve on. Overall, Jeremy is a excellent role model and plays a pivotal role in my daughter's life. I won't hesitate to hire him again for my second daughter if needed.

RSK Tutoring was so much better than expected. I honestly told RSK that he should be raising his rates for how much work, honesty, and compassion I was getting through his emails and work ethic. I would easily hire him again for future needs. His credentials are spot on.

It is a pleasure to work with Dillon. He was hired to teach piano to my two sons. He is very knowledgeable and patient to be working with 2 boys in back to back with piano lessons. He has made the process very fun for my kids and they like working with him. Also, after their piano lessons, he works with them on their reading and math skills to keep them current and help with their weak areas.

Spencer was great to work with. He had a chance to tutor our 6 yr old son for reading and did a great job. Our son stated, "I like that he was patient with me when I was sounding out my words". We have seen great improvement in his reading. Thank you.

Sandy is not only a fantastic tutor, she's an amazing a trust worthy person. We sent our first grader to Sandy after we noticed that he was falling behind in his reading and math skills. Sandy was incredibly patient and understanding. Her experience as a life long educator is evident. We began to see drastic improvement in our son's reading and math skills only a few short weeks after sending him to work with Sandy! This has been a huge relief for us. We couldn't give a higher recommendation. Our son continues to go to Sandy for help to this day. Thanks Sandy!

Judy has been tutoring my 5th grade son in reading and writing since last summer. She has really taken the time to get to know his interests and learning style and, as a result, he is motivated and engaged during their tutoring sessions. She targets her teaching to his needs, which range from reading decoding and comprehension to spelling and writing. I have seen a significant improvement in his school performance and in his self confidence since he began working with Judy.

Danaya was a very good tutor. She helped me with my writing making it stronger, grammatically correct and legible for the reader to understand. She took her time with me, especially when I found myself getting frustrated, but her calming energy helped shift the mood as we found many different ways to help make the information easier for me to understand.

I found Amanda as a tutor on an online platform about a year ago and I needed help with my writing skills in school. I need essay writing help as well as general assignment support. Through working with Amanda my grade went up and I have become a much stronger reader and writer. (Her motto: "Every good writer is a voracious reader" is so true) I actually learned to love reading more after working with this tutor. Her rate was cheap enough too for my mom to be able afford lessons every week. I will be working with this tutor on my SAT prep this whole semester too and looking forward to it. Highly recommend.

I hired Elizabeth on Thumbtack to help my 5 year old son stay active with his reading skills. She teaches reading through fun games and activities which I think is important esp for young "reluctant" readers. She has done a great job showing him that reading can be fun and has helped build his confidence. She comes to our home, is always on time, and can often stay later than our scheduled one hour time allocation. I would absolutely recommend her to parents of young children in NYC.

I provide informal, yet focused, support to assist students with sharpening and polishing their English reading and writing. I was born and bred in Barbados, West Indies. I love the English language and I majored in English Language Arts at Hunter College, New York City. I Tutored at Hunter College to English students, as well as speakers of another language. I love it! I love it when I see my students improve their speaking, writing and understanding of the English Language. It is my joy! I have worked as a legal secretary and that involved clear and precise use of the language for success in law and I mastered the art of clear writing and clear writing in that job. I am committed to transforming the speaking and writing of my students.

LIMITED NUMBER OF SPOTS: *In order to keep the quality of the online experience and education at the highest level, there will be a limited number of spots available. *I participate fully in the program, evaluate the work products, and give players constructive feedback. SAFETY: *It is ultimately the responsibility of parents to monitor the internet use of their child and Iddy Online has high standards for online behavior.
