I met Irving when we were looking for someone to redesign our website. He wasn’t the largest or least expensive candidate but he blew us all away with his ideas. My partners and I all agreed, he was our guy. He updated our logo, redid our website and all of the design work for our franchise.. product packaging, menu boards, menus, magazine/newspaper ads and anything else we threw at him. Imp Ideas was contracted to design two brand logos, a 6-10 page website and matching collateral material. Our relationship started mid-October, of which the first two weeks were used more for background, getting the Creative Designer, Irving, up to speed on our project goals. By Thanksgiving, we had rough drafts of both logos that went through several revisions to complete. Irving was very helpful when it came to branding and how best to promote and maximize our mission in the marketplace. Within 8 weeks, our project was conceptualized and completed, under grueling circumstances and it was refreshing. I placed this job on Thumbtack as I was dealing with a bad relationship with a previous designer who left me in the lurch, putting my project on the back burner after taking my money. I cannot say enough complimentary things about the creative designer, Irving. He is patient, takes feedback well, was very reliable and willing to learn more about my specific project so that he could produce a better product. More importantly, he worked within my constraints and was reasonably priced and able to adhere to strict deadlines. I unequivocally recommend Imp Ideas. I had a great experience and my project blossomed as a result of them being on the team!

I called Irving,at first we had a chat by phone.He seemed nice I briefly explained the project, and what I needed done and as per arrangement I emailed him a few pages of my Book cover. I also asked Irving, if he had Dropbox - to send my manuscript at his request. From that point on he never returned my emails. I am disappointed in him. Incidently, I hired an editor from thumbtack two years ago, and she was great.! Thank you, Regards, Agnes Mc Gill.
