Introduction: I am a full- service interior design business so that clients receive everything from one source. This includes floor plans, color consultation, contracting needs for kitchens, bathrooms and any renovations, custom built-ins designed and installed, furniture, fabrics, accessories, lighting, hardware, draperies and window treatments, flooring, rugs and carpeting all specified, ordered and delivered. My expertise in space planning and color, combined with my excellent workmen, make for a seamless and painless process. I love creating colorful, exciting spaces in people's homes where they can enjoy entertaining as much as quiet time in a happy, comfortable environment. I like giving the client the best solutions for storage, seating and easy accessibility. The best part of my job is having the client thrilled to come home at the end of their day!

Donna works with you....she will do whatever your design is! Never be afraid to work with her....she will 'hook' into your style and just go with it. She did my living room, dining room ,kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms. Oh my Gosh...she has done my entire home.....and I will have her back in a minute. She is amazing. As a gift to my kids who recently bought a home...my gift to them was DONNA...need I say more? She has a wonderful group of workmen who are above and beyond what I have been used to. They are wonderful...and aside from being craftsmen beyond belief...they will water your plants, walk your dogs....etc. They are amazing craftsmen...I recommend them and Donna wholeheartedly. When my son got married, their gift was Donna. Need I say more?

Donna is a very talented and patient designer with an eye for color second to none. I describe it like "perfect pitch" with color instead of music. She has helped me design, decorate, and furnish my home for more than 30 years. Most recently, we did a whole house renovation and she helped us in every aspect, from reviewing and making changes to the architectural layout of house and rooms prior to construction, to selecting flooring, tiles, moldings, doors, hardware, kitchen and bathroom layouts, appliances and placement, sinks, bathroom fixtures, fireplace surround, entryway design, exterior and interior colors.... you name it.... Nothing went into that house without Donna either helping with the selection or vetting our choices. The result is a beautiful home with comfortable and inviting rooms. I highly recommend her for your job.

Donna was highly recommended to me by a friend whose home was totally renovated beautifully by Donna and her expertise staff. I had my living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom renovated. Donna takes a personal approach to each and every project. She has a keen eye for color and pays attention to every minute detail. She takes into consideration the clients budget, style and personality. It is a pleasure to work with Donna. I think what I value most about her is her ability to listen to what I am saying. She listens and then she suggests, never hounds, and works with you to achieve your goals. She is also very cost conscious, which I really do appreciate as we are redoing and entire town house. Thanks to her I have my dream bathroom. More work to be done but she doesn't mind that I am working in a slow time line.

Donna assisted in renovating my condo. She arranged for a new floor for the living room, walls to be painted and shelves and a dresser to be constructed. Throughout the project, Donna maintained a thorough attention to detail, much competence and an interest in making sure that the job was done correctly. I highly recommend her.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I do mostly residential projects that include houses in Westchester, Putnam and Fairfield counties and apartments in New York City. They involve anything from doing one room to renovating an entire home. It can be creating entirely new spaces or using some of what you have already. Most jobs include painting, new floor coverings, new furniture and fabrics, window treatments, lighting and accessories.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is best to meet with the prospective designer to see if you like the type of work they have done in the past and decide if that matches your needs. You also want to discern whether your personalities jibe. Designing involves a very personal relationship so it is imperative that you can feel comfortable with your designer. Ask for references so you can hear how other clients felt about their experience working with the designer.
