"I have been a client of Kai Moy's for the past 5 years. Kai is an informed, motivating and enthusiastic personal trainer. He knows exactly how to tailor the workout to meet your needs. Every workout is a completely different experience combining free weights, kettle bells, TRX, step, and ropes. His workouts are incredibly thorough including an opening and closing stretch routine. I used to require chiropractic care for a back injury, but Kai's attention to form has strengthened my back muscles so I no longer need chiropractic care. He is always on time, never rushes a workout, and you really get personalized strength training. Each and every session I'm challenged, and I'm learning more about my fitness abilities.
