Nicholas, my mini-schnauzer died last December at the age of 13. Thanks to Pat Tetrault, Nicholas had a wonderful life after many months of her working with his very fearful and timid personality when he was a puppy.

We have had a positive experience - she knows her stuff!! She explained things clearly to help us understand our furry kids. The classes always started promptly. Good information was shared.

Our family has taken group classes with Pat many times with our dogs, past and present. She always offers great insight and advice for every situation our dogs get us into. She has patience and calm and gets great results from our dogs and also teaches us how to do the same. Her years of experience, passion for the industry and interest in staying current in this industry keep us coming back to her with each new furry addition to our family.

I had a very stubborn Siberian Husky that I could not control. I had four dogs before him and three of those had also been Siberians. But I was older now and not as strong and was not able to control this one. I had heard about Pat and contacted her for help. Pat worked with both of us and now he is great. One example is that before Pat, if he was outside and I called him, he would look at me, turn away and ignore me. Now he comes running as soon as I call him. People often comment on how well behaved he is. Pat was wonderful with both of us and I have a great dog thanks to her. She also trained him to the gentle leader and it works great with him. I highly recommend Pat as an outstanding trainer that gets results with positive training. She spent the time to show me how to reinforce his good behavior and work with him to get him to understand what I wanted and how to encourage him to want to do it.

Pat and the whole staff at Top Notch are awesome! I took 4 different classes at Top Notch and each one I looked forward to going. It was so much fun. The positive training approach makes things really easy. I also like the availability of classes. I have a crazy work schedule and there was always class that I could make. The new facility is perfect. I highly recommend!

Hi Pat, I would just like to take this time to say how much I learned, from your home visits, concerning my foster Greyhound, Scotty. He's quite young to be retired, from the track and desperately needed help, before he is officially adopted. You certainly helped me, show him how to wait and walk, without pulling and to re direct him from traffic situations. He has become quite the gentleman, coming out of his crate, rather than pushing his way out. Our chapter of Greyhound rescue is very thankful in your helping us, help him. Your input and suggestions are outstanding. A greyt big ROO to you from Scotty and me.

Thanks to all the great folks at Top Notch for preparing Tucker as a certified Therapy Dog. The kids at the local library all know him by name and look forward to his weekly visit as a Tail Waggin’ Tutor. The individual attention in class is great for the dogs and, more importantly, for the owner! I look forward to more classes as we both continue to grow.

I am a "repeat customer" at Top Notch because of the effectiveness of the training. The training is not only for the dog, but also for the handler. There is always a positive environment which makes training something to look forward to. The training is designed in building blocks so that you can expand to advanced levels if you choose. I have recommended Top Notch to many friends and colleagues, who have seen great success with the training sessions.

Top Notch Dog Training is -- well, it's top notch! I've been training there for ten years with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniels; the instructors are both knowledgable and friendly, and ALWAYS put the good of the dogs first. The class fees are very reasonable, too. My dogs and I love our classes there!
