- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard price listing of most of services that be reviewed on our website. For all others, we provide a free estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We initially start with a free estimate and consultation at no cost to our customer. 2. During this initial meeting, we allow the customer the opportunity to express their needs. After there is an agreement on what services are needed, we work with the customer to see a price. 3. Next we schedule the service call. With the intent to work around our customer's time constraints. 4. 24 hours prior to the service call,'we confirm the service call appointment. 5. Once we are on our way to your home or place of business, we send either a text or email to you to notify you of the estimated time of arrival. 6. When we arrive on-site, we do a review of what the needs are, and begin providing our services. 7. After the job is complete, we do a final walk thru with the new customer and address and issues and/or areas of concerns. 8. In most of our services, we provide free follow-up services between 3-7 business days satisfaction guaranteed. 9. Approximately, 2 weeks after The service call, the new customer will receive a customer satisfaction survey along with a special offer discount.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Nearly 25 years ago, I was mentored as an Operations Chief for a service provider company located in Round Rock, Texas. It was during this tenure that I had the unique opportunity to learn the skills necessary to meet the expectations of consumers. 25 years later, I now have the opportunity to take the skills and experience to share with ourWorkhorse Services of Atlanta consumers.
