Exceptional in every single way! When I contacted the burning zone, the response was prompt. Based on my goals I was match with Ulysse, he offered the first training for free. I had worked with personal trainers before, I could tell right away he was knowledgeable. He heard me out on my goals (strength building and body balance, not weight loss) and at the end of the session he came up with a plan on how we should work out. Ulysse's positivity and attitude towards health and fitness carries over to all aspects of your life when you work out with him. He is a strong nutritionist, adjust the workouts to your body and your needs and constantly switching things up. He watches you closely and ensures you get the most out of every exercise, he knows how to push you hard but not over the edge. Ulysse has a motivating effect which is exactly what you want in a trainer. On days you don't meet, a text message reminder to make healthy choices and will encourage you to stay on track. Ulysse is truly invested in your personal success, this isn't just some one-size-fits all program. I also love that he does not believe in or push products/supplements and other garbage onto you, his method: healthy eating exercise, rest and hard work. Ulysse is energetic, motivating, an awesome person and trainer. I enthusiastically recommend him to anybody reading this who needs a fantastic personal trainer.

Initial consult went wonderfully well, had a chance to watch her work with someone else and then we discussed my needs and I was very satified with the plan going forward. She's very personable and easy talk to and I found that to be a major plus. Will start actual personal training in a few weeks.

Three months ago, I contacted the local personal trainer community via Thumbtack with a loosely formed goal of achieving ... vanity. I am your usual customer wishing to "tone down". What I achieved in my three months with Mike is much more measurable. One exercise I was never able to achieve was running. While I had the interest, my endurance failed me. Since joining h.o.w., I can easily run over 2+ miles, which may not sound like much, but starting from zero to an easy 2 mile sprint is an achievement. I am now training toward a one leg squat. Try it, I dare you!
I am very happy to have found a terrific personal trainer. She taught me how to stretch and now I am doing all kind of exercise the right way with her guidance, she is kind and motivating with a lot of patience.

Cortney is very professional and friendly! I was hesitant about signing up for a nutrionist, but I am glad I did. I look forward to working with her in the future. She signed me up to receive certain food to help me reach my goals and also offered to be my trainer. I was impressed by how dedicated she was to me. Bonnie has been my personal trainer for more than a year. Her strength is in her ability to tailor a workout to any level of fitness. I have a mild disability that affects my balance and range of motion. Bonnie has me do exercises spefically geared toward my goals of improving balance, strength and range of motion. Tim Johnson is an excellent trainer! I started training with him one month ago and have already lost 7 pounds and 4 inches. His exercises are made to target every part of the body with very noticeable results. Workout sessions are powerful, but without the physical torture one imagines is needed to achieve a fit/toned body. Not only is Tim an excellent personal trainer, but a very kind and respectful person. He is flexible with hours, which is great if you have a busy lifestyle, and is willing to come to you for sessions. Mike is a trainer with vast knowledge of how our bodies work and proper exercise form making our sessions most beneficial. My 10 yr. old son and I have sessions 2 times a week. Mike is teaching my son the proper dynamics of football focusing on player safety, speed and strength. No doubt he will be ready once August season rolls around. My son has lost inches, grown muscle, and gained stamina and flexibility with more coordination. I'm so proud of him. I have lost inches and pounds and gained energy and strength. We work hard as a team, eating better and following his direction, to achieve best results. Mike is very enthusiastic and always has a different VERY POSITIVE approach at every session. For that my son has more confidence and the dreadful use of the words "I can't" are almost non-existent. Thank you Mike, for being the best at what you do.
