Tim Johnson is an excellent trainer! I started training with him one month ago and have already lost 7 pounds and 4 inches. His exercises are made to target every part of the body with very noticeable results. Workout sessions are powerful, but without the physical torture one imagines is needed to achieve a fit/toned body. Not only is Tim an excellent personal trainer, but a very kind and respectful person. The short answer is intelligence and work ethic! Our clients success IS our success! Over the years I've had the opportunity to work with hundreds of people. We live in an age where there's "fitness gurus" around every corner. Or "that trainer" who may have a routine that works for himself but not everybody else, and can't understand why. Worse yet, doesn't try to! Every single client is an individual with their own separate fitness level, goals and even issues that you have to work through to get them to the other side of accomplishing their objectives.
