Molding or baseboards,
Very good communication and responsiveness. Showed up on time and worked quickly. Thank you.May 30, 2017Verified
The only thing I can say is Konstantinous is extremely communicative - about how he's too busy to finish a job he started two months ago. Do not waste your time with him.Aug 21, 2015VerifiedQuality painting's reply
The job wasnt two months ago ! The job was 98% completed . Whenever I kept trying to schedule and go back, client was Always unavailable !!
Agreed to complete full home remodel bid on a very tight schedule, the day the bid was due, sent an email saying he had "family issues" and could possibly provide a bid 5 days later. Not a good first impression - if I can't trust you to return a bid, why would I trust you to run a $60,000 repair job?Jun 25, 2014VerifiedQuality painting's reply
Never agreed to anything!!! I just said I may be able to make it out to the job site , to possibly bid for the job. Obviously, I wasn't able to due to family issues! Should be well understanding & respected . Never did I mention will I submit bid in 5 days !!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not have a complicated pricing system for my services. My pricing basically involves on how big the job is, what conditions the walls are in and how much prep work is involved. What type of paint the customer will like to use and if I will be providing the products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Well, we want our first customer to be happy with our work . We want them to be new customers for many years to come and to be able to refer us !!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? No, unfortunately I do not do any sort of continuing education in order to stay up on the latest developments of my field.
