Bruce built an entire house for me in Milan NY from the ground up. He did everything except pour the foundatlon, put in the electrical system and the plumbing. The job was completed in approximately eleven months and Bruce and his helper did the framing, laying the floors, building all the interior rooms, sheet rocking and painting. All the work was well done, and I was consulted whenever there was a question or a problem. I would highly recommend Bruce if you want a job done that is complete and most importantly, without aggrevation.

Bruce Smith completed several home improvement projects on my home, including building a deck and installing a sliding glass door in a wall that didn't previously have a door. I consistently found Bruce to have a wealth of knowledge about home construction, and he always looked for the best and most cost effective way to complete any project. He is friendly and responsible, and takes pride in doing each job well. I was very pleased with our relationship and would use Bruce again.

Although I understand that budgets are always important to any project, I also understand the importance of connecting with a professional with whom you feel comfortable, and with receiving quality work of which you can feel pleased. I try to cover both of those points by providing quality work fairly priced. My advice for hiring a professional to complete your project is to trust your instincts about their character, in addition to the price they quote.
