Introduction: I am very organized and I understand the importance of not only the borrowers privacy but the importance of the transaction to the borrower. I always try to explain the documents in a way that I think someone who (usually) has a very limited knowledge of mortgage documents will understand. I love the flexability of the hours. Even though most jobs are scheduled for an assigned time and date, I still have the ability of taking a job or not depending on my availability. I also enjoy meeting new people every day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It isn't necessarily complicated pricing - just very difficult to give a price for any one county or area. There are many counties that are very large (some over 100 miles from one end to the other). Unless I have an agreed upon fee with an individual company, my fee generally is determined by what town the closing is in as well as whether docs will be e-mail or overnight.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you can trust them with private information.
