Introduction: I do not work on front loading washers or Samsung or LG or Bosch products just so you know right off the bat. I also do not work on stacked or stackable appliances or ones on pedestals. I specialize in older appliances. I also do not do anything with refrigeration products except run water lines for ice makers. I charge $79.95 to $99.95 plus parts and tax for most repairs, depending on the product, if it's low end or high-end and the difficulties repairing it and $149.95 plus parts and tax for installations. if you want it installed professionally. I install dishwashers (except Samsung,LG, and Bosch) microwaves, disposals, gas lines, dryer vents and dryer vent cleaning One thing I would like to make clear to all my customers that I do not charge a diagnostic fee like $60 and then tell you, you will not have to pay that, and give you an estimate on your labor and parts.. because believe me that $60 will be in your labor cost and with your parts with other companies. I don't work like that. I do a flat rate labor charge which includes the trip charge to the house and all the labor except for the parts that are needed. $79.95 People seem to get confused about my pricing and other companys pricing.. the fact is no one really beats my price or my professional service. I am also a member of Angie's List and have awards for years and A rated reviews. I was a appliance technician for Sears for 20 years I've be in this business for 48 years. So are you looking for a professional or a hack? The cost is up to you. I enjoy my customers' satisfaction and my love for what I do to help my customers.

Garbage Disposal Installation

Appliance Repair or Maintenance

My experience with the technician was great and the work he did was first class. I have to say my experience with the companies office staff was very unsatisfactory. They are unprofessional and abrasive, so much so I was going call back and cancel my appointment. Their office staff need training in customer relations.

Linda I am so sorry to hear you had that experience. that should never have happened unfortunately my secretary had to take on other jobs in her life besides mine and now she works at a hospital for 12 hours a day for 3 days a week and can't answer my calls until after 7:00 at night. she has been with me for more than 15 years and has been an absolutely exceptionable person at what she does. I'm sure what happened was she probably had so many calls she had to do that evening that she was stressed out it's not an excuse believe me. and it should not have happened but we are all human beings and have bad and good days. please give us another try if you need anything I'm sure your experience will be different. I have many many many many customers that absolutely love her.. I typically get one or two compliments every day about her. I think she's just stressed at this moment with all the covid and everything that's going on and things and everyone's life.. and besides we are just a two-person operation and believe me it can get very busy. That is exactly why I have her. Believe me I tried what she did when I started the business and the stress was incredible....

Appliance Repair or Maintenance

Rod repaired the upper rack on my Kitchen Aid dishwasher using replacement parts from the manufacturer I ordered, which came to me in a box with no instructions! Very complicated ... impossible! He researched the fix and accomplished it perfectly. In addition, a delightful man and the price was well below what expected! I will call him again without question or any hesitation! Thanks!
