Mark and Stephanie catered are wedding this past Saturday! They were a joy to work with and were very helpful with all of our questions. They arrived right on time and helped set up the buffet. The food was DELICIOUS! We had at least half of the guests ask who catered and they all went back back up for seconds! We were beyond pleased with everything and completely recommended them. We can’t wait sit to use them again on our next big event! Thanks agin for being part of our special day❤️

The food that we sampled at our tasting was completely different than the food that was served at our wedding. The sample food was amazing even luke warm. We witnessed at our wedding that processed chicken patties as chicken parmesan being served and the meatballs were frozen and of low quality. When both were freshly made at our tasting. It was rather disappointing leaving me feel Bamboozled. One side of our room was almost done with dinner before the other side was served dinner. However, pricing was fair and the service we received from Lesley and her team was fabulous and really negated the not so wonderful food. She's a wonderful person and we enjoyed working with her a lot.

When I first began to plan our wedding I had visions of glitz, glam and classic elegance. I knew I was creative and could handle a lot of the planning myself, but I also knew I would need help pulling everything together, checking my list twice and executing the wedding of my dreams. I also realized that the day of our wedding should be completely stress free for my husband and I and in that final week leading up to our big day the last thing I wanted to do was pull together vendor list, confirmations etc., etc., etc... With that said, I sought out the help of a professional wedding planner who could truly see my vision and help me bring it into reality. I had the chance to meet with a couple other planners in the Buffalo area and for lack of a better word they were boring and quite typical for this town...basically exactly what I wasn't looking for. I needed someone who was just as fabulous as myself and could handle the craziness a wedding can bring in the final month. So when I met Gabby I fell for her immediately! Gabby is such a beautiful person- inside and out! She went above and beyond her role as our month of coordinator. She is professional at ALL times, super personable, organized, punctual, thoughtful and full of AMAZING ideas! She has the connections and referrals you will need to take your wedding to the next level. If you are searching for a wedding planner that's reasonably priced, knowledgeable about all things wedding and an all around fabulous woman to help guide you to the alter...look no further, Gabrielle Pagano is your girl!!! I used Alona's service to help with my wedding planning. She did a great job helping out. She went to every meeting with us. Coordinated all our vendors. Drove 50 mins to pick up something that I asked her to. She is very dedicated. I can fully trusted her to complete her tasks. Tiffany, her assistant, was also great. They are both really transform my wedding venue into a elegant place. Made our wedding leading up to the day really less stressful. Highly recommend their service.

MaryAnna was so helpful in every area of planning my wedding. I had a hard time describing what I wanted and she was able to take my thoughts and pull it all together. I really liked that she returned my emails and phone calls right away. I wasn't going to have a day of coordinator, but I'm so glad we did! MaryAnna worked with everyone to make sure transitions went seamlessly. She was friendly and professional the entire night. Definitely recommend her!

Michelle Fiorino created beautiful invitations for my wedding and personalized labels for my centerpieces. She works with several vendors which allowed her to give me the lowest possible pricing without having to sacrifice quality. Michelle was excellent to work with, maintained constant communications and was readily available to make adjustments and last minute changes to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. I will absolutely be recommending Do Me A Favor to my friends forntheir event planning needs.

Aaryn was the event coordinator for one of my favorite days of my life-- my wedding. For about 36 hours she handled all manner of things like direction of people, set up of decorations, preparation of food and answering the hundreds of miscellaneous questions that come with such a crazy day. She is so personable, an incredible listener and has a nack for really understanding and pursuing the vision of an event. I wouldn't have trusted this day to anyone else.

Shayna did my bridal shower, bachelorette party, decorated our wedding reception and part of the ceremony. The vendors were perfect. She booked appointments for the bridal party. Now that I am pregnant, she is doing our baby shower as well! She will make sure you aren't stressed, and everything was done in a timely fashion! Besides all the partying we did, all of our wedding plans were finished a month in advance. The honeymoon spot she picked was fantastic as well. AND she was under our budget that we gave her.

Jen is an amazing event planner! Jen planned an entire 300 person event in Boston for my company based out of Rochester. There were so many logistics involved- speakers, airfare, hotel setup/breakdown, shipping items, sponsors, cocktail hours, food, breakout sessions, and the list goes on... She handled everything with her team professionally and smoothly... and of course within budget which is important. Honestly, you could not ask for a better planner in ANY event. I have also seen her plan beautiful weddings! Her detail is one you will not find with anyone else. She has tons of ideas and lots of experience. I would highly recommend Jen in any situation if you need help planning anything!

Megan made my "forever  family" shower an event to always remember! Megan created the plans for the shower,  coordinated food and personally created all decorations to personalize the event to my specifications. In addition to all the preparation for the shower,  she acted as the day of coordinator for my event. Megan arrived to the venue early, set up her decorations and coordinated the arrival of food and the flow of the party. My family and I appreciate all the hard work Megan put in to our shower and how we were able to relax and enjoy the day instead of setting up and clearing up. We wanted to plan a 50th wedding anniversary party for our parents and were pleased to find Linda. Since the 'kids' were all from out of town, she met with our parents in person and by phone to set the menu and she scouted out the yard for tent sizes and tables and chairs. The party came off with out a hitch, the food and cake were terrific and Linda was very responsive by email and phone for any clarifications! We couldn't have asked for things to go smoother and Linda and her group were just terrific to work with!

We booked Beamin' Sounds Entertainment for DJ services for both our wedding ceremony and reception. Let me tell you, we could not have been more fortunate than to make that initial call to them. Brent, the owner of Beamin' Sounds was our DJ. We met with him four or five times to plan ALL details of our wedding. He was not only a DJ but also a wedding planner, providing us with full ceremony and reception agendas/itineraries, copies of the ceremony music for our rehearsal, and so much more. He adjusted my train and veil before walking down the aisle with my dad, and kept the party going the ENTIRE NIGHT (from 5:00 - midnight!) and everyone on the dance floor. The flow of the reception was perfect, thanks to him, as everything was timed perfect and no one was ever just sitting, waiting for the next event or dance. There was always something going on. He brought so much personality and energy to our wedding. I must say, I truly miss having meetings with him and seeing him, because he made us feel like family. Do not regret your choice of DJ's for your wedding, the music affects your day more than you know, and Beamin' Sounds will not let you regret your choice on your big day. I even had a problem with another vendor (unfortunately) that did not perform their service up to quality and was a BIG problem at our wedding, and Brent went out of his way to write a letter and talk to the owner of this other vendor to support me in my claims on his own time- he was so helpful and supportive when I was dealing with a very, very disappointing aspect of our big day. Worth every penny, as you get not only get a DJ, but also a wedding planner, and a friend! Beamin' Sounds MADE our wedding day what it was.

THE PERFECT WEDDING SHOWER As someone that has attended more than my share of wedding showers, and other such events, I felt the need to write this review of a truly well planned and executed event. My son,(my baby!) was getting married to the love of his life and I was determined to make their wedding shower a very special and memorable. I believe in using local talent that comes recommended by very positive word of mouth remarks. This brought me to Mary Warner - M&J2 Catering. She is a mother herself and knows the importance of events like this and how meaningful it is to have family and close friends together to celebrate. I had a few basic ideas as far as a theme, budget, and number of guests were concerned but really couldn't visualize how to put this all together. I just left that to Mary and she took it from there. She helped us select a great menu, which was then prepared to perfection. The decorations and flowers were beautiful and they complimented my new "daughters" personality and style, elegant but not over stated. Everything from the linen to the China , from the appetizers to the entree, from the punch to the coffee bar.....perfection! She was there to keep everything moving along and on schedule. You can just imagine how disorganized it could get with 80 women in one room . Not to worry, everyone raved about every bit of this wonderful day. I've had several ladies ask me about how to reach my special event organizer. Well done Mary, you are the best. Thanks again for all your hard work. From a Very Happy Mother In-Law

April planned my Mimosa Bar Brunch bridal shower this past Summer and it was fabulous! We had several different kinds of Mimosas complete with coordinating fruits to garnish, and champagne glass favors! We all sat under a large white tent with burlap and mason jar center pieces to match the rustic theme of my wedding. All my guests raved about the relish breakfast foods and casaroles she had sent up. All in all April was extremely attentive, organized and made things so much less stressful for me, the bride to be!

I had the pleasure of working with Alexandra when she and her business partner provided desserts for RIT’s annual, high-profile NRS Gala. The Gala is our signature event for RIT’s leadership-level donors and their desserts were always the star of the show! She is particularly talented at creating menu items for guests with dietary restrictions (i.e. vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc.) that are beautifully presented and decadently delicious. She is an artist at heart and her unique and inventive flavor pairings always received rave reviews from our guests. She provides exceptional customer service and is always a pleasure to work with. I’ve been an event planner for over 25 years and have worked with more caterers than I can count. Alexandra is a rare talent and I highly recommend her!
