When I started going to Helen's FitClass, I thought I was in ok shape having done at-home workouts for decades. What a difference a structured program makes! I am much stronger as a result of being motivated to push myself harder than I ever did on my own. Plus I love that the classes include people of all levels with modifications for all moves. Everyone is welcome. there are different types of classes (1 hour) at various times. It is very inspirational, but we also laugh A LOT!!!
My experience with Tony took place in a retreat setting. I am in my sixties and have taken yoga classes throughout the years with a variety of teachers. What I appreciate most about Tony is his ability to modify postures to work for people of different ages and abilities. His peaceful enthusiasm is contagious.

I worked with Kyle my sophomore year of college, and he showed me the difference between "working out" and "training." "Training" is the process of making yourself better, and focusing and enjoying the process makes achieving your goals so much easier. Kyle was always able, and continues to give me the motivation I needed, as well as the advice to improve any aspect of my training.
I started training with Carol after being discouraged with chronic back issues that kept me from playing tennis with my kids and even activities like riding a bike. I wanted a way to reduce the number of issues that brought me so often to the chiropractor. My job, that once was more active, had turned more sedentary and that did not help my situation. Carols way of training is about helping the entire person. She focuses on correct posture, strength training and proper exercise form. She teaches the importance of proper breathing and how to connect your mind with your body to become more self aware of how you are moving, sitting and where you carry stress. I quickly learned that I was much weaker on one side of my body due to poor posture and overuse of my dominant side. Its been amazing to see how Ive progressed. Im stronger, more balanced and have less issues; but Ive also learned that if I overdo and have a relapse Carol is there to give me tips on stretching so I can get through the injury quicker. I've also learned so much about how bad habits lead to back issues. I now use a lumbar roll when sitting, bend my knees a lot more and am more aware when I tense up due to stress. Carol is passionate about what she does and practices what she preaches. She trains smart. She's very insightful and is always looking at ways to help me improve. She truly wants each of her clients to become the best version of themselves. She's priceless!
I've been lifting under Janine's instruction for a couple months now. Even as a former athlete, I've learned so much about proper form and how to get the most from my workouts. Janine is excellent with providing specific and personal attention if needed during workouts, even in larger groups. It's clear that she is dedicated and loves what she does. Workouts with her always have a positive attitude and you're never left feeling like you wasted your time at the gym. Janine gets my highest recommendation!

I have been with Power Train for 2 years and I can honestly say that it has made me a stronger and faster player. The trainers are there to work you hard and help you become the best athlete you can be. They helped me work towards my goal of being able to sign to a D2 school and play on an academy team. When I had my two knee surgeries the trainers helped me gain back my range of motion, my speed on cuts, and make all the muscles around my knee stronger! Now I am stronger than I ever have been and do not have anymore knee problems. Thank you Power Train for all the support and training you have given me!
I have been a client of Michelle's for almost two years. I love the facility at Elite and enjoy my weekly sessions. Michelle is good at working with clients of all fitness levels. This past summer I trained with Chad during his Strong Performance Training Boot Camp. As someone who doesn't enjoy sweating or working out, it was the most fun I've ever had training. He kept the workouts fresh and exciting every time. He also paid very close attention to details, giving easy to follow verbal and demonstrated instructions, and actively coaching to make sure everyone performed the exercises correctly in order to get the best benefits from each exercise. Chad was very personable, knowledgeable, and reliable. I would highly recommend him as a trainer to anyone.
I began taking Jen's classes over 2 years ago, and just fell in love with them. Took Abs class, firm/burn, and Sat. boot camps. Jen's enthusiasm for fitness, and healthy lifestyle has definitely influenced my love for fitness, and leading a healthy lifestyle.. She's amazing.

We provide personal training and boot camp classes. Boot camp classes are held Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. First boot camp class is free. All classes are one-hour long. We offer personal training. Contact us for more information.
