FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure includes fees for one time 45 minute sessions and spans to greater length depending on what the client wants. For example, if a client wants to commit to engage in a weekly session for six weeks, the fee is lower. All my fees include email communications for clients to contact me and for me to support them through constant encouragement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 45 minute complimentary session to have a conversation concerning the client's obstacles and goals. This is preceded by email questionnaire so the client can be specific about their needs and expectations and prepare both of us for a phone discussion. I also email a detailed outline of my fee structure which includes several options for the client to work with.
