Very unprofessional interaction. I wish that I could say that it was worth the hassle but I still have no carpet in my spare room. Response time was very good in the beginning and he mentioned that he would try to fit me in the following weekend. The weekend passed and I had not heard from him so I assumed that I should call someone else. He text me Monday though and we set up an appointment for Wednesday evening at 6. I text him Wednesday at 5 to confirm and he said that he would be out but he was running behind due to car troubles. He never indicated that he would not be coming at all. I text him two more times throughout the evening to verify an ETA and he did not respond. He did not respond the following day either until I contacted him to let him know that his services were no longer needed. A simple text to reschedule would have saved my business. I am a Sales Manager at a Car Dealership so I am fully aware of the importance of quality customer service and I understand that things can go wrong sometimes. This was a perfect example of what not to do when trying to keep a customer. I would give 0 stars if that were allowed.

Jason and his team were terrific! Promptly responded to our inquiry on Thumbtack, came out the next day to do the work (even traveling quite a distance for a small job). The work was done quickly, the quality was excellent, and there was no mess left behind. We could not have had a better experience!
