Haven't worked with Joanne however, I have enjoyed her amazing preparations. She uses fresh, as available, ingredients and can plan an extensive menu, shop to locate even hard to find, fresh ingredients and prepare and season almost any cuisine desired. What an excellent chef! Joanne would be an excellent addition to any private / public kitchen.
