We hired Epicurean Services for an in home cooking lesson. My boyfriend is a moderately experienced chef and Bradley did a fantastic job of working with his level of experience to make the lesson informative for both of us. He cooked stuffed fish, rice pilaf and green bean almondine. The rice pilaf was delicious and simple, I have already remade it less than a week later. The green beans and tilapia were creamy and filled with flavor. Bradley was so much fun to talk to and I really enjoyed the convenience and comfort of having a fine dining experience at home.
