- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates for one on one training are $55/hour ($27.50 for 30 mins) Massages are $35 for 30 minutes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start with a free consultation where we get to know each other and discuss what your goals are. From there we go through an assessment, followed by planning workouts and nutrition. Once we're past the assessment everything is flexible and can change is needed (including the plan, session frequency, session length, and so on).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Part of our culture at Max Effort Training is to never stop learning. Currently, I am earning a bachelor's in Exercise Science from SUNY College at Brockport with an end goal of earning a doctorate in Physical Therapy. In addition, I enjoy attending personal training and exercise science conferences. I'm always open to learning more.
