I called Rapid Property Maintenance for fall gutter cleaning. Kevin arrived on time and was able to work around the tight city property I own without disturbing the neighbors. While finishing up, we talked a bit and I mentioned I also had a roof leak but there were two other contractors coming by to give me an estimate. Kevin got back on his ladder and found the leak. He then returned an hour later and fixed it for less than I'm sure I would have been charged by the other companies. The next day it stormed and had Kevin not fixed the roof on that day I would now have some pretty major damage. I would describe him as professional, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend Rapid Property Maintenance and already have to my friends.

Ed was very friendly and knowledgable. He communicated with me through the entire process so I knew what to expect. We had him do a complete tear off and replacement of our roof which needed some rot repair. New seamless gutters and painted the entire exterior of the house including soffits. Awesome job and I highly recommend.

Frank came over this fall and repaired my damaged gutters and I recently had a roof leak after the first snow fall so he found that I didn't have any ice barrier under my bottom row of shingles that caused my wall and windows to be damp and wet so he installed the ice barrier which seems to fix the problem and he also noticed my pie boots needed attention and he replaced the pipe boot ....he saved me from having to replace my entire roof...insurance company said it was great work and now they use him for their needs...thanks frank
