Introduction: Guardian Home Inspections, Inc. was formed in 2005 after retiring from Eastman Kodak Co. in the skilled trades division. I have done over 2800 home inspections along with 280 manufactured home inspections. I do the inspection and the write up. We are not a Franchise!!. Locally owned. I am a certified ASHI ( American Society of Home Inspectors)inspector along with ACI certification. I am past President of NYSASHI (New York State Association of Home Inspectors) Have always been in construction, skilled trades for my entire life.
