- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are so many factors that can go into formulating a price. Because no two homes are the same; number of occupants, different pets, different amounts of entertainment and traffic patternsand no two homeowners want the same cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time and day that is convenient for the client. An estimator/ lead maid comes out and gets to know the clients needs and wants. We discuss the expectations at the end of the clean and show the client our insurance documents then, confirm a schedule for the clean.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We use to do it as small children, then when we were able to go clean with our parents, we would hear how customers boasted about how they loved to see how clean their home was and how it was better than they would do it themselves. It gave us that sense of pride knowing we did that... we helped someone do what needed to be done in their home while they were able to enjoy their family or take care of their business.
