DO NOT SELECT THIS PERSON/COMPANY!!! He tells you one thing and then doesn't honor his commitment. I gave him the 1st half of my payment and when I needed him after the snow storm no one showed up. He called me to tell me that he had to fire one of his workers because they were not where they were suppose to be (& had multiple accidents w/ the truck) and I said well you got my $ will the payment start as of this month because we hadn't had much snow and he only comes out if it's 2 inches or more he changed up and said that they had come out to my house multiple times I had to remind him that he called me to tell me his worker was not where he was suppose to be and that we had only had 1 storm so far and that I had to shovel myself out because his worker didn't show up (Mark came by the house 2 times himself when there wasn't 2inches and 1 of those times was when he came to pick up the contract initially). He told me since I wasn't happy w/ his service that the contract was null and void and he was going to keep my money and if I wanted to do something about it to go ahead and try.

We pride ourselves on customer service. I have had over 20 Thumbtack customers hire my firm and they have been very satisfied. This incident stems from one customer who did not read the contract, does not understand the nature of retaining a plowing company (we do not arrive n demand), refused all my efforts to make things right and hung up on me before I offered her a partial refund. For the record we serviced her property 5 times before one day when we were unable to arrive on time due to an accident (there was a state of emergency issued) caused by very bad road conditions we endured trying to get to her and other customers.
More than anything, I wish this customer would have given us the opportunity to address her concerns.

Mark was very knowledgeable about every question that I asked. Also gave me a lot of suggestion to help with my terrible driveway. I would hire him again!!!!!
