I recently attended a 275 person dinner catered by Lesley Zaretsky of The Exotic Kitchen. Being in the restaurant business for over a decade I know first hand how hard the food business can be. To say the dinner was superb would be an understatement. Lesley's unique and delicious food items coupled with her attention to detail made the event a huge success. By far and away the best quality caterer and most creative caterer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Give her a theme and watch her run with it. And the food quality is excellent and very reasonably priced. Highest recommendation!!!
