Aaryn is a rockstar! She made it possible for me to just show up, relax and enjoy my wedding. She is friendly, personable, completely prepared for any eventuality, and something else that is remarkable about her is that she is quick thinking and resourceful if any form of curve-ball comes her way. She helped make our wedding a smash hit that all my guests enjoyed. She is worth her weight in gold! Thank you, Aaryn!Oct 27, 2014Verified

Aaryn was terrific to work with! She attended to every detail and made the pre-planning a breeze. The table decor she provided was outstanding and made the event beautiful. Her food was delicious and she was attentive and patient with last minute changes due to food allergies, etc. She made the event truly enjoyable and I could have FUN and not worry about anything!Jun 16, 2014
Aaryn was the event coordinator for one of my favorite days of my life-- my wedding. For about 36 hours she handled all manner of things like direction of people, set up of decorations, preparation of food and answering the hundreds of miscellaneous questions that come with such a crazy day. She is so personable, an incredible listener and has a nack for really understanding and pursuing the vision of an event. I wouldn't have trusted this day to anyone else.Nov 12, 2013
Wine tour on a limo bus to Seneca Lake - we did breakfast at Belhurtst Castle and visited 5 wineries. We had a great time with great friends! Aaryn coordinated the money, limo bus, breakfast and wineries so we didn't stand in line too long to pay for individual tickets...we were in smoothly! Aaryn made sure everyone had a great time. If we had questions, she promptly addressed them! Bonus: fluent in American Sign Language so she helped with interpreting the wine tastings! Thank you!!!Oct 31, 2013
