Wine tour on a limo bus to Seneca Lake - we did breakfast at Belhurtst Castle and visited 5 wineries. We had a great time with great friends! Aaryn coordinated the money, limo bus, breakfast and wineries so we didn't stand in line too long to pay for individual tickets...we were in smoothly! Aaryn made sure everyone had a great time. If we had questions, she promptly addressed them! Bonus: fluent in American Sign Language so she helped with interpreting the wine tastings! Thank you!!!

Aaryn was the event coordinator for one of my favorite days of my life-- my wedding. For about 36 hours she handled all manner of things like direction of people, set up of decorations, preparation of food and answering the hundreds of miscellaneous questions that come with such a crazy day. She is so personable, an incredible listener and has a nack for really understanding and pursuing the vision of an event. I wouldn't have trusted this day to anyone else.

Aaryn was terrific to work with! She attended to every detail and made the pre-planning a breeze. The table decor she provided was outstanding and made the event beautiful. Her food was delicious and she was attentive and patient with last minute changes due to food allergies, etc. She made the event truly enjoyable and I could have FUN and not worry about anything!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three pricing structures to chose from: 1) An hourly rate of $60 in which I document all time spent working on your event 2) A flat fee ranging $350-$3500 depending on the amount of work you would like me to coordinate 3) Al a carte options to take care of those pesky details you just can't find the time for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Webinars are my preferred mode of staying current on trends in event planning. I also follow some great blogs by other event planners.
