In regards to personal training from Ryan, I am exceptionally satisfied with his work! During our sessions, we covered all areas of fitness including proper nutrition and specific workout programs to accommodate my needs and personal goals. Firstly, he gave me fitness tests and assessments to firmly understand my strengths and weaknesses. Then, with his expertise and strong knowledge, Ryan conducted a full nutrition and workout plan for me. After meeting with Ryan, I have noticed tremendous and eye-opening results, mentally and physically. Not only am I happy with my results, but I have gained the ambition to maintain a different, but healthy lifestyle that will stay with me as I pursue my future fitness goals. In addition, Ryan always demonstrated every exercise to properly show the correct form. Not to mention, he was always in contact with me to answer any questions as well as to provide the motivation and encouragement to reach my goals. I started FitClass and Personal Training with Helen this past July, and have seen a major improvement in my ability to endure longer periods of time doing cardio as well as strength. Helen carefully plans out each training session with me and incorporates things that I like. No two sessions are the same. I feel challenged in a good way as the intensity increases over time. When I started, Helen took measurements and had me perform a series of tests. When she followed up after 2 months, it was really motivating to see how much I had improved and the difference in measurements. My friends and family have been noticing that I look healthier and more fit. :) For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm getting back to the "old me" again, healthier and more toned. I look forward to my weekly 1:1 sessions coupled with FitClass 3-4 times a week!

Luciano was extremely helpful in helping me reach my personal fitness goals. I was initially intimidated by going to a gym to change my physique but Luciano was very patient and personable with me and helped me through my phases of doubt and frustration. We started working together in November of 2016 and by Christmas time I could notice myself getting stronger and more toned. He wanted to know what my goals were and developed a plan that worked specifically for me. He was very positive and encouraged me to be the best I could be and my core became more defined in a short time period. Luciano helped me reach my goals step-by-step and made me feel valued and respected as a person first and foremost. I have been working with Devon for a few months and I quickly saw the results. I am more toned and dropped a few pants size! I never had a personal trainer before and I never worked out regularly before, but he was patient, pushed me to lose the weight and meet my goals (lost 18lbs already :-)). I would highly recommend him!!
Sarah Lane-Ayers is an excellent trainer. She is totally focused on my needs and is an attentive listener. She has very thoroughly assessed what my needs are and has tailored a great program that is easy for me to follow. I have always loved working out, but, was intimidated by the weight section of the gym. For years, all I ever did was cardio and crunches. I really wanted to learn how to properly use weights in an effort to transform my physique. I finally decided to work with a personal trainer. From the beginning, the workouts and macros (daily calories) were tailored to me, as an individual, and to my goals. After less than a year of training, I was encouraged by others at the gym to compete. With the help and dedication of Brent, I brought home three first place trophies from my first competition. And, just six months after my first competition, I won my Pro Card. Hodari is an outstanding trainer-very responsive and very flexible, both in terms of scheduling (I have a very busy and erratic schedule) and willingness to adjust workouts depending on my performance.
