- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just MY Fitness, Inc. provides a 12-week "Fit Firm and Learn" membership. This includes individualized training, nutrition guidance, possible sessions off-site as deemed necessary. Meeting once weekly, membership is $960. Meeting twice weekly, membership is $1320. Duet (shared) memberships are $660/person and $1320/person respectively. Only Kathy McClare offers the Mentorship beyond Fitness membership. This is one year membership and expands well beyond exercise training. If you continue to arrive at the same roadblock or wall, or feel like you are just not connecting with the goals you set forth, this membership digs deep to unblock subconscious triggers and to promote new and highly applicable behaviors to ensure your life is forever enhanced.

One on One Personal Fitness Training; All levels of conditioning and goals; Duet Personal Training; Ms. FitBody and Bikini/Best Body. Sport Conditioning which could include all or some of the following for ANY of the training I provide: Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Speed and Agility Training, Flexibility, Nutrition guidance (note: I do not prescribe diets nor do I promote any particular diet format, program or product. I develop and suggest based on highly individualized circumstances, goals and progress per individual)
