Ed called me back withing minutes of submitting my request on Thumbtack. After talking with him and others, I decided to go with him because he was able to come the same day to begin work removing ice damns on my mom's home. The guys worked so hard in this brutally cold weather, for a price that was much less than I expected. We were so appreciative of their service and they got some huge chunks of ice off the roof!
