I enjoyed Tony's yoga classes for several years before he moved to Chapel Hill. His many years of body work, gentle approach to yoga & calm voice combine to create restorative, relaxing classes with a good amount of variety. I recommend Tony's classes to anyone who wants to stretch, clear their mind & sleep very soundly afterwards. He is missed in California!
I have taken yoga classes with Robyn for a few years and have now taken yoga classes from her. The joy and energy she brings to her practice is even more apparent in her teaching. Her classes do not follow a standard flow and as she teaches more her creativity will grow. I look forward to taking more of her classes. I received my first ever Reiki treatment from Robyn a few weeks ago. At the end of the hour-long treatment I was in a very familiar space. The feeling was similar to how I’ve felt after a deeply meditative sitting or flowing asana practice. I plan to make these sessions a regular part of my practice.
