- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't really have a standard pricing system, since every job is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer and discuss their needs, then design a system based on those needs. We present an estimate to the customer and usually there are a few revisions before a finalized version of the system is decided on. We then go over things like color and style choices, as well as user interface design based on the project requirements. We get to work on programming the system, and work closely with the customer throughout the process to make sure they're aware of what's happening and that they're happy. Once we're done, we meet with them again to show them how to use the system, answer any questions, and make any final changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we attend Crestron and other manufacturer training several times a year to keep up on the latest technology and developments.
