Introduction: I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, hot stone and aromatherapy. Swedish is a slow, full-length strokes applied to the back, neck, arms and legs to promote relaxation. Deep Tissue is a firm pressure massage effecting the underlying tissues and fascia. Trigger Point is breaking up adhesion or knots by adding direct pressure on the knot itself. Hot Stone is a relaxing massage using heated stones to help loosen tight muscles. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to aid in helping the muscle and mind to release tension.
