Margherita recently prepared a wedding shower for me involving a fresh pasta making lesson and a simple sauce. She was delightful to work with and was very responsive to our requests both as to the nature of the cooking lesson and dietary needs. She was extreme helpful in setting up the space in a welcoming and attractive fashion. The food was delicious and the participants in the sauce preparation enjoyed her tutelage. Thanks to Margherita this a very well received and different wedding shower. Her vivacious personality and her professionalism contributed highly to the event. We hired Epicurean Services for an in home cooking lesson. My boyfriend is a moderately experienced chef and Bradley did a fantastic job of working with his level of experience to make the lesson informative for both of us. He cooked stuffed fish, rice pilaf and green bean almondine. The rice pilaf was delicious and simple, I have already remade it less than a week later. The green beans and tilapia were creamy and filled with flavor. Bradley was so much fun to talk to and I really enjoyed the convenience and comfort of having a fine dining experience at home. I look forward to using Epicurean Services in the future for events and relaxing date nights. Bradley is passionate and knowledgeable about his work and I would recommend his services to any human being with the ability to eat food.
