I've been meeting with Tony once weekly for close to two months for meditation and yoga teachings, and I already feel like we have become close friends. I have taken yoga classes with Robyn for a few years and have now taken yoga classes from her. The joy and energy she brings to her practice is even more apparent in her teaching. Her classes do not follow a standard flow and as she teaches more her creativity will grow. I look forward to taking more of her classes. I received my first ever Reiki treatment from Robyn a few weeks ago. At the end of the hour-long treatment I was in a very familiar space. The feeling was similar to how I’ve felt after a deeply meditative sitting or flowing asana practice. I plan to make these sessions a regular part of my practice.

I have been a student of Zach's for a little over a year now. Being a Massage Therapist, I am well educated on the interconnection between the Mind, Body, and Spirit, yet I always walk away with a deeper awareness of self and new tools for my personal yoga practice. His classes create complete connection of these three levels(mind, body and spirit), incorporating breath work, stretching, and a wonderful base of knowledge to help individuals better understand how the body works and how our habitual daily routines create tension and alignment troubles! I would recommend his class to anyone with any amount of experience. He really helps each individual work from where their body is, using props for support and variations of each pose to create a stretch where it's needed! An all around great teacher!
The summer FLY retreat in Canandaigua was one I'll cherish for a lifetime. Jen put together a perfect balance of fun activities, mind-stretching exercises, great food and amazing yoga. So looking forward to my next outing with Jen!

Our yoga studio offers multiple classes per week. Yoga classes are typically offered in 8 week sessions, but you can start anytime. Classes are available for all levels, but no experience is necessary. Most classes are Iyengar-based yoga. Vinyasa class are also offered. Private sessions are available. We have the most reasonable rates in the entire area! Our classes are offered in Hemlock, NY.

Since her inception, Monica has always been a creative thinker with an insatiable curiosity. Born in San Jose, CA, and raised bicoastally in Honolulu, HI and Rochester, NY, Monica gives much Mahalo to her family and eclectic upbringing for fostering her passionate, artistic, and knowledge-hungry mind. Monica started commissioning artwork, selling handmade jewelry, and building her own website before she had even entered middle school. She went on to earn an Associates in Applied Science degree in Graphic Design from Monroe Community College, and currently offers freelance design and illustration for business needs and custom projects. Monica took her first Bikram yoga class 7 years ago to help heal ongoing issues with carpal tunnel. Since then, she has received her RYT-200 yoga certification, and brings an inherent calming, inclusiveness, and strength to all of her classes. With experience in Anusara, Baptiste Power Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, and Iyengar, Monica is constantly working to enhance the experience of her students, and to deepen her own practice on and off the mat. Monica believes in "visual problem solving"; from her illustration and design work to yoga teaching and anatomy studies, she constantly strives to see the beauty and intricacy in all things. Suffering from Peter Pan syndrome, Monica has resolved to never grow up to be forever-creating, forever-playing, and forever-wielding her positive vibes to inspire those around her.
