Latest Review: I'm always on the go, and fitting in time to go to the gym is not always in the cards with my schedule. Being able to work with Erika and Mobile Fitness, in the comforts of my home, on MY time has been awesome! As a former athlete, when she arrived at my home with a couple small 30lb weights, I thought our workout would be a 'cake-walk'... I don't think I've sweat so hard in YEARS! I used to think that I could only get a solid workout in a gym, with HEAVY free weights and/or 'pumping iron', but in our sessions, she would (for lack of better words) kick my butt with lots of body weight focused workouts, resistance bands, and high intensity training! She even addressed multiple issues with my knee mobility (which I had lots of problems and issues with in the past, but no more!). I'm BEYOND pleased with the results I've gained through Mobile Fitness and can't wait to see what kind of results I'll reach in 2018!
