- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to understand what the customer's vision, what the customer wants to see. I design the projects with the customer, walk through the planning phase and make sure the customers expectations are exceeded!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As an engineer I've always designed and felt the need to see a project through to the end. Creating something that people will use and enjoy makes me happy.
