- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate over the phone to get a better feel for what their needs are. It is very hard for someone to convey their needs through a generic webform. After I have figured out what exactly the issue is that needs to be resolved, I come up with a plan to fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several thousand hours of on the job experience. I have extensive hands on experience building PC's and networks, for customers. Years ago I took Network+ to better understand the way networks operate, and how to fix them. I'm working on others as we speak as time allows. I have also spent over 20 years working in construction field.
