He was ready to help and in fact was proactive in that a couple times he identified a potential problem and brought it to my attention before it became an issue. On at least two occasions he worked on my unit in his home providing needed services. Once he even came to my home to isolate a problem. He had solution options ready for my review so I could make an informed choice as to how I would proceed. Then after he provided me with the information needed to make that choice, he followed through with my wishes. He is a man dedicated to his work, determined to help others as he improves himself as a man family man, business entrepreneur, all the while remembering he is in this to make a difference not just a quick buck. I feel he is a man of integrity, one who can be counted on to do what's right.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate over the phone to get a better feel for what their needs are. It is very hard for someone to convey their needs through a generic webform. After I have figured out what exactly the issue is that needs to be resolved, I come up with a plan to fix it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several thousand hours of on the job experience. I have extensive hands on experience building PC's and networks, for customers. Years ago I took Network+ to better understand the way networks operate, and how to fix them. I'm working on others as we speak as time allows. I have also spent over 20 years working in construction field.
