(Chakra and aura cleansing and rebalancing) I am a Reiki Master and a Pranic Healing Practioner. My expertise is low back, (including sciatic pain), headaches/migraine relief, and rotator cuff issues!

Transitions is a relaxing calming atmosphere between the lighting, the music and the smell. My many massages with Tammy have been relaxing and amazing. I've gone for relaxation and for sports injuries and either way I've left happy.
I would highly recommend Transitions.

Tammy is an excellent massage therapist. The room is always clean, warm and welcoming. Love that she does Reiki and other types of massages. I will not go to anyone else other than Tammy for my massages. Definitely going to need a nap after seeing Tammy because you are so relaxed and stress free.
