Agreed to complete full home remodel bid on a very tight schedule, the day before the bid was due, called me to say he didn't have access info (although all info was clearly on bid request) - never answered my calls, never responded to my email, and never sent in a bid. Not a good first impression - if I can't trust you to return a bid, why would I trust you to run a $60,000 repair job?
