I hired Barbara to completely (and creatively!) transform my condo. The first thing she did was give me a questionnaire to fill out in which I list my color and design preferences, as well as those of my two teenage children. She then prepared a design board in which she showed each room, giving two suggestions for each thing in each room. We met a few times at different furniture stores, and Barbara also went on her own and picked out items to show me. We worked really well together and honestly, I cannot imagine having accomplished this project with anyone else. Her company is aptly named because she had many creative ideas.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer standard decorating and home staging services at competitive fees, but also offer more customized services geared specifically to individual design project needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through an initial phone conversation, I can determine the scope of a clients project. If the client wishes a consultation, I make a visit to the property to evaluate and make recommendations. A proposal is prepared in office and presented to client, and if moving forward, a contract is signed and work commences.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From a very young age I was always very creative, I enjoyed sewing clothing form myself, and later went on to creating window treatments and accessories for the home. The next step went into interior decorating and home staging.
