My experience with Arden at first was great. She was very professional and couldn't wait for my daughter sweet sixteen. I Did not have the in home meeting because of our schedules. That was fine because from the conversations we had, I began to trust her. The day of the event, they was late getting to the venue to set up. To be honest I didn't care, just as long things was ready before the party started. When I came in it was nicely set up, but being overwhelmed with everything I didn't check to see if everything discussed was there. It's not until I got home and realize the amount of ballons that was included in the package I picked was not there. Also what really upsets me is the photos. The memories that my family is supposed to have, have yet to be received seven weeks later. Numerous phone calls unanswered. At least return calls. The most important day in my child's life thus far has been lost. This is highly unprofessional but she talks a good game. Don't be fooled. I originally rated the services three stars, but as I write this and realize how unsatisfactory their services ultimately became I'm giving them 2. Just disgustedAug 10, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our rates are the same whether you spend $2.00 or $200,000.00. We believe that every bride shouldn't have to compromise her style for a price. We make ALL price points work for the client. That's how we get so many repeating clients for our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initial phone consultation to learn likes and dislikes. To even learn the theme if one; Consultation in a public location; Back and forth emailing/calling/texting to confirm decor decisions/options; In person consultation in/at cleint's home with multiple decor options. There the client makes a decision between A, B or sometimes C; More in-person consultations if needed; day before rehearsal; day of event consulting and decorating.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?The owner of Arden Occasion Creators, LLC every year renews her Association of Bridal Consultants(A.B.C) membership. This keeps her up to date on the trends and lets her purchase the newest trending items at discounted prices.
