- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are the same whether you spend $2.00 or $200,000.00. We believe that every bride shouldn't have to compromise her style for a price. We make ALL price points work for the client. That's how we get so many repeating clients for our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone consultation to learn likes and dislikes. To even learn the theme if one; Consultation in a public location; Back and forth emailing/calling/texting to confirm decor decisions/options; In person consultation in/at cleint's home with multiple decor options. There the client makes a decision between A, B or sometimes C; More in-person consultations if needed; day before rehearsal; day of event consulting and decorating.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Arden Occasion Creators, LLC every year renews her Association of Bridal Consultants(A.B.C) membership. This keeps her up to date on the trends and lets her purchase the newest trending items at discounted prices.
